ALMA covers an area of 5.000 square metres, and its classrooms are fully equipped for the training of professionals, with a great respect for the territory and for Italian culinary, pastry and sommellerie art as a common value.

Within walking distance to the School and to sport facilities, five comfortable residences, called “ALMA Housing”, are available, with 2, 3 or 4 bed apartments, fully equipped with a kitchen corner and private bathrooms.

THE COURSE

 

The Course will be consisting of a period of two months’ residential course in Italy, in ALMA and by a five months’ internship in a renowned Italian restaurant.
