1 Quantity food production lab to practice Indian cuisine and bulk cooking techniques and now added 1 more Quantity Training Kitchen forstaff lunch preparation and for bulk cooking during College events.

1 Garde Mange Kitchen to Practice Vegetable Carvings, salads, cold cuts.
