Chef Manjith Gill, President, IFCA, Corporate Chef- ITC Hotels, New Delhi honoring  our Director Dr. D. Antony Ashok Kumar for his extraordinary contributions in the field of culinary, during SICA  Culinary Competition & Exhibition 2014 on 16.8.2014 along with jury members   Chef Murray Dick, Continental Director (WACS) – Pacific Rim, New Zealand  Chefs Association and Chef Thomas A. Gugler , Continental Director (WACS) – Africa & Middle East.

3rd Edition of SICA Culinary Competition and Exhibition 2014 was held at Chennai Trade Centre from 14th to 16th August, 2014. It’s an remarkable culinary event known globally in which most renowned chefs and budding chefs and students will exhibit their skills.

It is the nodal agency of India’s regional culinary associations – the Indian Culinary Forum (ICF), the South India Culinary Association (SICA) and the Western India Culinary Association (WICA).Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA) is a non-profit organization of culinary professionals and India’s sole representative in the World Association of Chefs Societies.

Our Carving Chef Mr. Veeraragavan won Bronze Medal in Butter Sculpture and our final year student G.A. Senthil Kumar also won Bronze Medal in Dessert Presentation.
